At Kart Craze, we are committed to providing a simple and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping coverage, and other important shipping information.

1. Shipping Locations

Kart Craze currently ships and delivers orders only within the United States.

We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States.

2. Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is available for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

There are no standard shipping charges for eligible U.S. orders.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days.

Transit time begins after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

This estimate consists of:

• Processing: 1–2 business days

• Transit: 3–5 business days

• Estimated total: 4–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we may provide a shipping confirmation or tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package is handed to the carrier.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we work to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

• Carrier delays

• Holidays

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Unexpected carrier volume

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

We will try to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Kart Craze because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue caused by the recipient, please contact us at chaseup1001@gmail.com.

We will review the circumstances and provide available options for the order.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at chaseup1001@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged products, photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to help us investigate the issue.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier, when appropriate, to resolve the issue.

11. International Shipping

Kart Craze does not currently offer international shipping.

Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses located within the United States.

12. Returns and Return Shipping

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Kart Craze provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.
