At Kart Craze, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible products.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging, when applicable
Complete with all included accessories, parts, and documentation
Free from damage caused after delivery

2. Delivery Location

Kart Craze currently ships and delivers orders only within the United States.

We do not currently offer delivery to addresses outside the United States.

Free delivery is available for eligible orders shipped to locations within the United States.

3. Free Return Shipping

Kart Craze provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Customers should not ship returns to our business address unless specifically instructed by Kart Craze.

4. How to Request a Return

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the condition of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide instructions for a replacement, return, or refund when applicable.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund within 5 business days.

After we issue the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

7. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, such as being used, damaged, incomplete, or missing original components.

We will communicate with you before applying any applicable deduction.

8. Exchanges

9. Non-Returnable Situations

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, so cancellation cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to receive the order and request a return according to this policy.

11. U.S.-Only Returns and Delivery

Kart Craze currently accepts and fulfills orders only for customers with delivery addresses within the United States.

Orders cannot currently be shipped or delivered to addresses outside the United States.
